1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmallBizWiz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SmallBizWiz provides AI-powered website redesign, hosting, and SEO content generation for small businesses. We scrape your existing website, redesign it using AI, host the new site, and optionally generate SEO articles to improve your search rankings.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your site remains active through the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, branding). You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content (designs, articles, images) created for your site is licensed to you for use on your business website.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to host malware, to infringe on intellectual property, or to engage in spam or phishing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Website Scraping

By submitting a URL for redesign, you represent that you own or have authorization to redesign the website at that URL. We scrape only publicly available content and use it solely to generate your redesigned site.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmallBizWiz is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
