When you use SmallBizWiz, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, website URL, and payment information. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, including website redesign, SEO content generation, and hosting. We also use it to communicate with you about your account, send service updates, and process payments through Stripe.
3. Website Scraping
When you submit a website URL for redesign, we scrape the publicly available content of that website to analyze its structure, design, content, and SEO performance. This data is used solely to generate your redesigned site and is stored in your account.
4. AI-Generated Content
We use AI models to generate website designs, SEO articles, and images for your site. These outputs are created specifically for your business and become part of your hosted site. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (CDN). Each provider has their own privacy policy.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and row-level security on all database tables. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our marketing site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
